8-Week Writing Group

Are you looking for a workshop where you'll be encouraged and supported to find and strengthen your writing voice? Do you wish you could find more time to write?

I support writers to soften the grip of perfection. I offer playful ways to work with the stuck places. Using prompts that guide us to explore craft and simply showing up on the page, our group offers an invitation to open to a wider vision of what developing a writing practice can look like. I offer inspiration and support for sticking with it through readings and creative prompts you can use at home to support your writing. We'll play with settling in, figuring out what works and what doesn't, and adjusting together as we go. This group is for both new and experienced writers and is an offering aimed at building and supporting a creative community.

Mindful Writing Half-Day

Do you want to make time for stillness and creativity? Do you wish you had more time to slow down and hear your own voice? I support people to create space for deep listening so we can begin to hold ourselves and our stories with kindness and settle more fully into our lives.

You don't need to consider yourself a writer or a meditator to attend! Mindful writing groups offer short guided meditations followed by time to write. Creative prompts are provided.

Popham Spring Reset

Come write with us at the ocean this spring! Paper Trail is joining Stacy Linehan, owner of TREATS bakery in Wiscasset to hold space for nourishing ourselves and our creativity. This spring reset is for everyone, even if you don't see yourself as a writer. There will be plenty of time to wander Popham beach, eat wonderful food, and focus on taking care of oneself while having fun writing.
